This tailored course of 6 sessions is designed suit your lifestyle and pace. Enjoy the benefits of individual therapy and support with either a male or female therapist. Your first session lasts 90 minutes, and the other 5 modules take approximately 60-90 minutes each.You can choose to attend every week, fortnight, once a month or even over an entire year. You decide!

You can choose to join a supportive and friendly group of like-minded people and benefit from the input of a range of perspectives, and the expertise of two therapists. We limit group sizes to between 5 and 8 and offer these 90 minute sessions on Saturdays. Dates are announced in advance and places must be booked to avoid disappointment as these workshops are proving very popular.
